This immersive cruise drops guests off at the fish market to explore the venue at their leisure, or choose an optional one hour ‘Behind the Scenes Tasting’ tour with an official seafood educator. Guests return to the boat to enjoy a sumptuous onboard lunch of fresh seafood (lobster, prawns, oysters, crab etc) accompanied by Australian champagne, followed by a classic harbour cruise taking in all of Sydney’s greatest sights.
